The purposes of the Corporation are as follows:


  • To advance education by providing publicly available scholarship, bursaries, awards, and other forms of financial assistance to students from high schools in Nova Scotia to be used for post-secondary education;
  • To advance education by providing books, equipments and educational aids for the benefits of the students to high schools and post-secondary schools in Nova Scotia; and
  • To undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the above-mentioned charitable purposes.
